The Watchman On The Wall

The Watchman On The Wall
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Verse 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Iran Update

 Friends,

The Psalm 83 War is looming over the Middle East. The region is akin to the Balkan powder keg of 1913-1914. Only a spark is needed to light the conflagration.

Revelation 6:4  And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

BBC News reported on 11 November 2013 that US Secretary of State John Kerry has said Iran backed out of a deal on its nuclear programme during talks with world powers in Geneva on Saturday. Amid reports that France's reservations scrapped an agreement, Mr Kerry told reporters in Abu Dhabi: 'The French signed off on it; we signed off on it'."
News reports were trumpeting this morning that the Iranian negotiations had ended in failure, that Iran had backed out of an agreement reached with Western powers. But, then, another story was posted by the Israeli YNET News that put a different spin on the negotiations.
Israel’s YNET News reports on 11 November 2013 that despite failed Geneva talks, the head of the UN's atomic watchdog lands in Tehran for 'independent talks' which could end in 'confidence-building measures.' A deal with IAEA could help repair damaged hopes for progress in Geneva talks. Iran and the UN nuclear watchdog Monday reached agreement on a "roadmap for cooperation" to resolve outstanding issues linked to Iran's controversial atomic drive, nuclear chief Ali Akbar Salehi said. UN nuclear watchdog chief Yukiya Amano arrived in Iran on Monday as world powers pressed efforts to clinch a deal on Tehran's nuclear program following failed negotiations in Geneva."
What is apparantly happening is that Iran and the West reached agreement on curtailing Iran's development of enriched uranium, but Iranian leaders need some time to prepare their people for such an accord.
John Kerry said, "Iran had been unable to accept the deal "at that particular moment." Mr Kerry said he hoped in the next few months they could 'find an agreement that meets everyone's standards."
Once Iranian leaders have properly prepared their people for such a nuclear deal with Western powers, then an agreement will be trumpeted to the world, sanctions against Iran can be lifted, either in whole or in part, and President Obama can benefit from the shouts of "Peace and Safety" all over the world.

Below is what God says about peace in the region.
Ezekiel 7:25  Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
Ezekiel 13:10  Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered me Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD.
God says Peace will only come to Israel and Jews in the millennium when the Jewish kingdom is physically established on Earth. See the pertinent verses below.
Ezekiel 34:25  And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
Ezekiel 37:26  Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

I believe that Iran has secretly possessed military nuclear weapons since early 2002 and soon Iran’s mortal enemy Saudi Arabia will have purchased nuclear weapons or operate under a nuclear umbrella generously offered by Pakistan.
